At Greenova Solutions, we currently offer local delivery only within selected areas of Greater Vancouver. We do not offer standard shipping outside our local delivery area at this time.

Local Delivery Area
We provide local delivery only to selected areas within Greater Vancouver. Delivery availability is determined by the postal code entered at checkout.
If your address is outside our delivery area, local delivery will not be available.

Delivery Timing
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery area, product availability, and delivery schedule below.
Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Requirements
To help avoid delays, customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- Full delivery address
- Suite or unit number, if applicable
- Buzzer code, if applicable
- A valid phone number
- The contact name of the person receiving the order
If delivery cannot be completed because address details are incomplete or no one is available to receive the order, we may need to reschedule delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, restricted access, or an inability to contact the customer, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery may be subject to an additional charge.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order by emailing info@greenova.ca.
Delivery Outside Our Area
We do not currently deliver or ship outside our Greater Vancouver local delivery area. If your business is located outside the eligible postal codes, please contact us at info@greenova.ca before placing your order.
Refund Terms
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review the following terms regarding damaged items, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or pickup. Please email info@greenova.ca with your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue promptly.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided the items are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
Restocking Fee
Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened cases
- Used items
- Products not in their original condition
- Custom, printed, or special-order products
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
