Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review the following terms regarding damaged items, returns, and exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery or pickup. Please email info@greenova.ca with your order number and supporting photos so we can review the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup, provided that the items are:

  • unopened
  • unused
  • in their original packaging
  • in resalable condition

Restocking Fee
Returns or exchanges approved after 14 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • opened cases
  • used items
  • products not in original condition
  • custom, printed, or special-order products

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
