Shipping policy
At Greenova Solutions, we currently only offer local delivery within Greater Vancouver. We do not offer standard shipping outside our local delivery area at this time.

Local Delivery Area
We provide local delivery only to selected areas within Greater Vancouver. Delivery availability is based on the postal code entered at checkout.
If your address is outside our delivery area, local delivery will not be available.

Delivery Timing
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery area, stock availability, and the delivery schedule above.
Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Requirements
To avoid delays, customers must provide:
- full delivery address
- suite or unit number if applicable
- buzzer code if applicable
- a valid phone number
- contact name for receiving the order
If delivery cannot be completed because the address details are incomplete or no one is available to receive the order, we may need to reschedule delivery and an additional fee may apply.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, restricted access, or inability to contact the customer, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery may be subject to an additional charge.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to info@greenova.ca within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Delivery Outside Our Area
We do not currently ship outside our Greater Vancouver local delivery area. If your business is outside the available postal codes, please contact us at info@greenova.ca before ordering.
